Fiddler on the Roof

July 27, 2009

32.   Attend a local theater show (more info)

Last night Alex, Jeremie and I met up with some fellow bloggers at The Muni, one of the largest all-volunteer community theatre organizations in the nation. We went to see “Fiddler on the Roof” under the stars. The show started just before sunset and keep us laughing and entertained until almost midnight. Although the musical touches on some very serious and sad issues, the actors brought the characters to life with beautiful songs and moving confessions of love. I had a wonderful time and am looking forward to going to more shows. Thank you Mrs Shoo for inviting us :)

I LOVE this show! The music and songs are so addictive. It is very serious at times, but so lively and uplifting as well.

oh wow! I love going to the theatre, especially smaller community type productions. There’s something magic about the atmoshpere it creates :) it looks like a lot of people turned up too!

I do too! They really do get a good sized crowd. I’m only upset that we missed “The Producers” early this summer :(
