40. Take multi-vitamins everyday for a month (more info)
This sounds simple enough, just take an extra pill in the morning. I think I need to switch from the “energy” vitamins to regular ones. These made me feel “funny” and not really awake “funny”, but queasy. Even though I didn’t like the vitamins, I did build a good habit and found out where was the best place to keep them so that I would remember. All in all, I’m glad I did this goal.
I might have to steal this next month, I’m always terriable at remembering! Good Job Tara!

Ooooh, I totally know what you mean. My husband forced me to take these multi-v’s a few years ago and I felt quesy all night. Telling myself they’re good for me doesn’t help, I just hate swallowing them.
I just get the Vitamin C chewable ones because they taste like candy! Good luck!
I hate swallowing them too! I don’t know why they are all horse pills lol. I might have to try the Vitamin C chewables. Might help with winter coming :)
A lot of people feel better if they eat something with the vitamin (breakfast, etc). Getting queasy from a multi-v isn’t unusual.

I agree – take them with food! Multi vitamins are pretty hard on your belly if it is empty.

I hate swallowing vitamins, so I used to take the kids’ variety. Ha.
I think I might switch to them. I was going to do the adult chewable ones, but they are super expensive :)

This is definitely a goal that I would like to add to my own list. I don’t eat healthy enough to begin with, so something as little as taking a multi-vitamin would most likely have a positive effect on my body. Keeping them by your moisturizer is a great idea!
I’m really glad I did this goal. I’m not the healthiest eater either and needed to get the vitamins somehow lol. Just make sure you eat with them to help with queasiness :)
