Patrick is awesome and gave me a free pass to join him for a class at Ahh Yoga. I was very nervous having not practiced in a very long time, however I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my body adjusted. It was a wonderful class and I loved the instructor! It’s a little expensive to go all the time, but I’d like to go at least once a month :) Hopefully this will kick start my at at home practice so I can complete this goal!
