French Vocab:

courir(n) – run : I went for a run. : Je suis allé courir.

motivation – (n. f) – motivation : I need motivation : J’ai besoin de la motivation.

French Idiom

à l’adresse de – for the benefit of (lit.: to the address of)

ASL vocab

run – Both hands with L-handshapes, one finger hooks around the thumb of the other hand and moves forward in a bouncing motion. (video)

motivation – Both open hands rub together along with the shoulders rising in an excited gesture. (video)
