96. Take out my contacts 2 nights a week
I consider this goal complete if/when: I take out my contacts to sleep at least two nights a week 131 of the 143 weeks.
Why it’s on my list: This the one thing Shane said he wishes he could change about me (of all things!). Yes, I know I should never sleep in my contacts. I know my fear of waking up and not being able to see is a terrible excuse because I may go blind from this terrible habit. However, two nights a weeks will be a step up from zero.
