21. Use my daily happiness journal at least 3 times a week
I consider this goal complete if/when: I have written in my “what made me happy today” journal at least three times a week for 131 of the 143 weeks.
Why it’s on my list: I started this journal to have something to look back on (specially when having a bad day) and be able to remember the good things in my life (no matter how small). I haven’t been keeping up with it lately and want to get back into it.
